I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and as a kid growing up in LA, I was exposed to a variety of arts. I was drawn to photography and motion pictures the most. At the age of 14, I took up photography as a hobby. While in college at Cal State Northridge, I continued my hobby of photography while working towards my degree in film Production. Since graduating, I have started to expand my photography by blending a bit of my film production to create a very cinematic style of photography.
I’m very passionate about the field of photography due to its realistic and organic nature. Through my cinematic photography style, I want to capture a real life experience that seems like it came out of the movies; the escapism of motion pictures and one’s own environment fused as one. Life is simple, people are complex, the world is dramatic, and in this crazy world, everyone needs to find their place in life and having a little inspiration along the way doesn’t hurt.
